30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused whenever possible
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and components
  • Not show signs of intentional damage, misuse, or alteration

Certain products may be eligible for a refund without requiring a physical return depending on the circumstances.

Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or if the carrier confirms loss.

Once confirmed, AquaScapeNest.store may issue:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A full refund

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, defective merchandise, or shipping damage, we may cover return shipping expenses.

For customer preference returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, and import duties are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting returned merchandise, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times typically range from:

  • 5–10 business days for banking institutions to complete the refund
